2. Who can buy, and where

Purchases are open only to adults (18 or over) playing from one of these countries: France, Spain. Elsewhere, and for anyone under 18, the shop shows no offer. The age you declare applies to every purchase; buying for someone under 18 is not allowed.

To protect players, spending is capped at €30.00 per calendar month (Paris time) and 3 packs per day, per account. No pack can be bought in an account's first 7 days, or once the album is more than 95% complete.

3. What is sold

Card pack, €0.99. Three card packs, €2.49. A bought pack holds 5 cards (countries, capitals, cities) drawn at random with the odds shown below, plus one region card: a country you do not own yet in the region you are growing, when one is left.

Atlas Pass, €3.99, one payment, no renewal. A season lasts 6 weeks; the end date and the number of days left are shown before you pay. The price is the same whatever day you buy, so a late pass covers fewer days. While it runs, the pass gives the pass track rewards (cosmetics, paints, stickers, ink), 5 crate slots and a queue of 6 instead of 4 and 3, automatic crate collection, and 20 pack points for each week begun. Track rewards already reached when you buy are given at once.

Cosmetics, €0.99 to €2.99 each, when offered: a look for your globe, buildings, frames or wonders. They change nothing in play.

Prices are in euros and final. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI). No virtual currency is sold.

4. Bought items stay on your account

Cards bought, and anything a bought card produces, cannot be traded, given or sold, now or later. Selling an account, a card or any game item for money is forbidden. Bought items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

5. Ordering and payment

You choose an item in the game, read its price, contents and odds, tick the box that applies to it (section 6) and pay by card through Stripe. The contract is formed when Stripe confirms the payment. Card details are handled by Stripe, never by us.

We confirm every purchase by e-mail, with the item, the price, the date, the text you agreed to and these terms. Keep this e-mail.

6. Right of withdrawal

Card packs and cosmetics (digital content). They are delivered at once. Before paying, you expressly ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you then lose your 14-day right of withdrawal. Without that request and our confirmation e-mail, you keep the right.

Atlas Pass (a service over 6 weeks). You ask for the pass to start at payment and you keep your 14-day right of withdrawal. If you withdraw, you pay only for the days used, pro rata, and we refund the rest: you pay price x days used / days covered, rounded down in your favour. Days are Paris calendar days from the first day the pass covers (the purchase day, or the season start if you bought before it) to the season's last day; the day your notice reaches us counts as used. The pass, its track rewards and what it gave at purchase then leave the account.

To withdraw, write to welcome@relaydle.com within 14 days of the purchase, by replying to the confirmation e-mail or with the model form below. We refund within 14 days, to the card used.

7. Legal guarantee of conformity

Digital content and services must match their description and work as described. If an item does not, write to us: we will bring it into conformity, and if we cannot, you are entitled to a price reduction or a refund (French Consumer Code, art. L224-25-12 and following, and EU Directive 2019/770). This guarantee is free and cannot be waived.

We may update the game (balancing, new content, fixes). If a change significantly harms your access to or use of an item you bought, you may end the contract free of charge within 30 days of being told and get a refund of the unused part.

8. Refunds and payment disputes

A refunded purchase takes back what it gave: the cards of a bought pack, or the pass and its rewards. Opening a card dispute (chargeback) does the same and stops pack purchases on the account. Write to us first: most problems are solved faster by e-mail.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of its mandatory consumer rules. You may bring a claim before the court of your home.

Chance of each rarity, per card position in a pack.

Bought packs

Packs earned by playing

Bought packs have better epic and legendary odds than packs earned by playing.

Bought packs: at least one legendary card in every 10 packs. Packs earned by playing: at least one in every 20 packs. The two are counted separately.

Rarely (0.4% of bought packs, 0.4% of earned ones) a pack holds only epic and legendary cards.

The region card is a country you do not own yet in the region you are growing; which one depends on the countries you are missing. A duplicate becomes a foil, else pack points.

Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.
